It was nice to find this theme I am using for my website now. It reminds me to the place where I started to get introduced to online marketing at its very first inception. Far to the right end of the main picture was the office where I worked and where I lived. About in the middle was Staak und Beirich, a nice small bookshop run by nice family. The two story shops was too small and crowdy with bookshelves soaring up to the ceiling, but the collection was amazing. Focusing in technical books especially IT related, just named the title of the newest published book, and they had it somewhere. For me, the best of all was that most of books they sold were in English. This shop was a weekly regular schedule to visit, every weekend after walking along the Zeil. Had to be Saturday morning, as normal hours in the country was a bit strange. Shops closed at about 6-7 pm during weekdays, a half day on Saturdays, and completely closed on Sundays.
Really miss the fireworks too, which normally held along the river, and clearly visible through my windows. Also the market at the city plaza a few weeks before Christmas. I really miss those days, but I think I prefer to be here, with the smile of both the sun and the love of my life.
