my blog is not for commercial purposes

It is quite a while ago when I found and read the book. It was actually the second book of Robin Sharma I read. There were a few more titles which I planned to buy after I finished this one. So unfortunate that the books were no longer available in any bookshops in town recently. Just lately coming up to my mind as I am facing an even worse feeling about my life. Pressure for job, business, bosses, colleagues, clients, spouse, I just feel like there is no more space for me to breath, all in all feels like … it is just not the life I want. Back to the book about an urban professional, super star lawyers who fell into a state between life and death, who then decided to leave his glamorous life behind to find a more fulfilling life. I am definitely not at his superior state nor in the gate of the second life (after death). But do I have to wait until I reach that point to start redefining my life? Leave the past - which proven to be unsatisfactory anyway - behind,  and start a journey to find an eternally fulfilling life, to life on and for myself, the earth I live, and the holy power who created all of these.

A little about the book:
This inspiring tale provides a step-by-step approach to living with greater courage, balance, abundance, and joy. A wonderfully crafted fable, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari tells the extraordinary story of Julian Mantle, a lawyer forced to confront the spiritual crisis of his out-of-balance life. On a life-changing odyssey to an ancient culture, he discovers powerful, wise, and practical lessons that teach us to: Develop Joyful Thoughts, Follow Our Life’s Mission and Calling, Cultivate Self-Discipline and Act Courageously, Value Time as Our Most Important Commodity, Nourish Our Relationships, and Live Fully, One Day at a Time.
