I have pre-ordered this book since it was listed by Amazon, a few months prior its publication. With no delay form its publication date, I got notification from Amazon that the book is shipped as ordered. What a fantastic system they have. Unfortunately after enjoying few shipment from its European warehouse in Germany allowing orders arrived in about 2-3 weeks, this time I had to wait a few days over one month. Speedy respond to my complain was because the book was just published in US and they did not have shipped it to stock their German warehouse, the book was shipped from their main warehouse in US.
